After upgrading View getting the following error "EBCDRV99 SUBSYS= NOT OWNED BY XMS nn.n"

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to a new release of View/Deliver and starting the XMS task, receivING the following error message:

EBCDRV99 SUBSYS= NOT OWNED BY XMS nn.n

Cause

Error is caused by using the wrong SUBSYS name (found in SARXMS parms or XMCTR table) for the current View/Deliver release.

Resolution

Specify the appropriate SUBSYS name using the following chart:

SUBSYS=XME0 - for VIEW 14.0
SUBSYS=XMC2 - for VIEW 12.2
SUBSYS=XMC1 - for VIEW 12.1
SUBSYS=XMB7 - for VIEW 11.7

Note: The SUBSYS= parameter of the cross-memory task must match the SUBSYS= parameter specified in the EBCXMCTR table entry.
Note: The SUBSYS parameter does not apply to VTAM or IMS interface users.
