Issue/Introduction

After configuring proxy in Setting/Proxy Configuration I am getting "An error occurred displaying the page" every time I try to access this page.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open the DX O2 UI
  • Goto Settings
  • Go to Proxy
  • Enter the properties for the proxy
  • Logout and login
  • Go to Settings, you will get the error 

Used the browser's Dev Tools to gather the session and found this error accessing  :

 

 

 

 

 

Environment

DX O2 24.2 onPrem

Resolution

It has been fixed in 24.2 HF4. Please raise a ticket in https://support.broadcom.com/ refer to this knowledge article and ask for the HF4.
