Issue/Introduction
The CreateSLCMAttachmentLinkInSDM failed:
When checked the result we saw SOAP Invocation failed: BAD URL
The operator supposes to create an attachment link in Service Desk Manager ticket
Environment
Process Automation 4.3 and higher
Resolution
The PAM SDM_GlobalDataset could have the wrong Service Desk SOAP web service URL.
Check and correct follow these steps
login to PAM web UI as an administrator
go Library-->CA SDM and click on SDM_GlobalDataset
expand SoapCallPaths and check the parameter SDM_URL if the value is correct like http(s)//<correct-SDM-server-name>:<correct-port-number> then contact Broadcom Support for further investigation; if the value is not right, then highlight SDM_URL, click on and enter the right URL value then click on to save the change.
try run your process again and see if the issue is fixed. if not, please contact Broadcom Support.
