Issue/Introduction

Summary: Within the Staffing workspace, 'Investments' module, additional 'required' attributes with existing values are displayed when it is not expected. When creating rules for 'Conditional Required' fields, the field is expected to appear on the modal when it is empty, not when there is already a saved value.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a 'Conditional Required' rule on Idea blueprint (BP) to make an attribute required after meeting a condition
  2. For example: When the Start date is changed to a certain date, make the 'Charge Code' required
  3. Publish the blueprint
  4. Associate the blueprint to an Idea that has the 'Charge Code' is empty and some other required fields that have saved values
  5. Go to the Staffing workspace 'Investments' module
  6. Ensure idea object has multiple required attributes with saved values and do not configure them in the Staffing 'Investment' details
  7. Filter for Type = Idea
  8. Change the Start date to meet the condition for evaluating and triggering the 'Conditional Required' rule

Expected Results: The 'required' field should only appear if the field is empty / no value set.

Actual Results: The 'required' field that has a saved value is appearing on the 'Conditional Required' modal.

Workaround: None.
