End-of-Life documents for Reporter
February 1, 2025 Update: Symantec Reporter End-of-Life Announcement date set for March 1st, 2025.
Environment
All of the on-premise Reporter products are end of life.
In addition to previously End-of-Life Reporter products, these additional products (Legacy SKUs) are included:

Cause
Due to low demand and the increased capabilities of 3rd party SIEM products Broadcom has decided to discontinue on-premise Reporter products. Reporting capabilities can be more effectively achieved with Symantec Hosted Reporting or 3rd party SIEM products.
Resolution
Existing Reporter customers can continue to use Reporter until the EOL date has been reached. Please refer to Product Lifecycle to identify key dates for platforms and software that have reached end-of-sale, end-of-maintenance, or end-of-life in their product life cycle (these are listed by model/version number).
Customers can migrate to our Hosted Reporting cloud-based solution for on-premise appliances with the CLD-RPTR-OP-SUB license.

CLD-RPTR-OP-SUB will include a cloud tenant and will not require a Cloud SWG entitlement.
If you still prefer on-premises reporting capabilities, Broadcom and Braxton-Grant have partnered to offer a replacement solution.
