Issue/Introduction

The following article outlines the steps required to create a Technology Alliance Program (TAP) User Profile on the Broadcom Partner Portal.

 

 Note: If you already have a Basic or Enterprise account, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Broadcom Support Portal account.
  • Click on your profile name in the upper-right corner.
  • Select 'My Profile' from the menu.
  • Click on 'Build your Profile.'
  • Continue with the below instructions from Step 4.

 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Support Portal, Click on Register (Top Right)
    Enter your Corporate email address, complete the captcha, and then click 'Next'



  2. Enter the verification code received in your email and click "Verify & Continue"



  3. Enter your details, accept the Terms of Use, and click 'Create Account'



  4. Once your account is successfully created, scroll down & click on 'Yes, I want to Build my Profile'



  5. Select Technology Alliance Program, Provide the required details and submit




  6.  Verify the details and click on Confirm & Continue



  7. Once submitted, the profile will be screened by the Screening team.
    Only upon their approval, the TAP application access will be granted to the user.
