Issue/Introduction
The following article outlines the steps required to create a Technology Alliance Program (TAP) User Profile on the Broadcom Partner Portal.
Note: If you already have a Basic or Enterprise account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Broadcom Support Portal account.
- Click on your profile name in the upper-right corner.
- Select 'My Profile' from the menu.
- Click on 'Build your Profile.'
- Continue with the below instructions from Step 4.
Resolution
- Navigate to the Support Portal, Click on Register (Top Right)
Enter your Corporate email address, complete the captcha, and then click 'Next'

- Enter the verification code received in your email and click "Verify & Continue"

- Enter your details, accept the Terms of Use, and click 'Create Account'

- Once your account is successfully created, scroll down & click on 'Yes, I want to Build my Profile'

- Select Technology Alliance Program, Provide the required details and submit

- Verify the details and click on Confirm & Continue

- Once submitted, the profile will be screened by the Screening team.
Only upon their approval, the TAP application access will be granted to the user.
