Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

Have a multiproject setup with rally on one side with a readonly api token 

 

Expected Results: 

be able to configure the project field

 

Actual Results:

on opening of the value modal dialog the ui gets into a failure state from which there is no recuperation
