Issue/Introduction

Symantec endpoint protection manager (SEPM) has disabled user account.

Resolution

Below steps can be followed to enable the SEPM user:

  1. Confirm the role of disabled user
  2. Accordingly, edit the access rights for the user
  3. Assign any one access right

Eg. : Assuming that the type of admin was limited admin and System admin removed all access rights causing it disabled.

To enable it, assign any one access right from label under 'Limited Administrator Access Rights' and it will be enabled again.
