The Japanese interface layout is broken on DNS/Time tab

Issue/Introduction

When logged into SMG by selecting Japanese as a language, the layout of the Time section displayed on Administration > Hosts > Configuration > (Click on a Host name) > DNS/Time tab is broken. 

Resolution

This is under investigation and will be fixed on a future version.
