License is missing in the new UI VCO

Issue/Introduction

License is missing in the new UI VCO 

Even if License is selected, it cannot be saved

Environment

VCO version 6.2.0.4, 6.0.0.6

Cause

 Licenses take too long to load page initializes before loading is finished and as a result selected license is not shown

Resolution

The issue will be fixed in the VCO releases 6.0.1.0,, 6.1.1.0, & O 6.4.0.0
