Unable to log into management cluster using Pinniped-generated kubeconfig

Issue/Introduction

Pinniped has been manually installed on the TCA-deployed management clusters, but the generated kubeconfig does not work.

You receive the below error when attempting to log into the cluster using the Pinniped-generated kubeconfig:

Error: could not complete concierge credential exchange: could not login: the server could not find the requested resource
Error: pinniped-auth login failed: exit status 1
Unable to connect to the server: getting credentials: exec: executable tanzu failed with exit code 1

Resolution

TCA deployed clusters do not currently support RBAC at the cluster level.

Management of the clusters is to be performed through TCA.
