MUX - Cannot Add Staff Via The Plus Icon to Templates

Issue/Introduction

When adding a resource to the Staff of a Template Project via the Plus Icon, +, an error is received:

CMN-0009: Attribute 'Investment Name' has invalid Lookup Value 'X'

Staff can still be added via the "Add Staff" button

Note: This error doesn't occur for Ideas or other Investments. It seems isolated to Projects.  This error can also occur if the project is set to Inactive.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a Project that is a Template
2. Go to the 'Staffing' module.
3. In the list of Staff, find the plus icon, press it and select a Resource to add it to the Staff.

Expected Results:
The Resource should be added to the Staff of the Template

Actual Results:
An error is received, and the Resource is not added to the Staff

Resolution

The solution for this is included in 16.3.2, 16.3.1.1 (16.3.1 Patch 1), and 16.2.3.3 (16.2.3 Patch 3).

Workaround: Using the "Add Staff" button.
