APMIA - AIX Infrastructure metrics disappearing in all 3 environments

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded AIX APMIA version to 24.9.1.19 and observed  Infrastructure metrics disappearing after some time. Once APMIA restarted, metrics will appear some time again those will disappear.

Resolution

Fixed in 24.10.1 and later. There was an issue on 24.9 release where some network glitches, the agent/EM connection experienced a delay the data buffering feature kicks in and that was not taking into account the constant metrics.
