If you are facing the below symptoms, please try the steps mentioned in the KB.
Unable to login to VCO using Operator/MSP login, and password fails
OR
The URL of VCO is being redirected to the classic UI (Depreciated) login page.
OR
Attempt to reset password using the link on the login page, but still cant logging
All SD-WAN VCO
This might be caused by the cookies and cache on the web browser that not allow to open refreshed session which might redirect to classic UI and password might not work as well.
1-Clearing the cache of web browser
2-Clearing the cookies of web browser
3- Use private session of web browser
4- Use another web Browers or another PC or another user
If after all these attempts, issue still persist, you might need to open support case and providing the VCO URL, user name, and screenshot from the error you face for further investigation
