A cost plan that is Plan Of Record (POR) has been submitted for approval and the generated Budget Plan has been approved.
The Cost Plan contains Revenue and Actual Revenue values. The Budget Plan does not show Actual Revenue values, but it does show Revenue values. Is this expected?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Take a financially enabled project
2. Create a Cost Plan and set it as POR
3. Add a row to the Cost Plan and enter data for Revenue and Actual Revenue fields.
4. Submit the Cost Plan
5. Approve the generated Budget Plan
6. Look at the Revenue and Actual Revenue fields.
Expected Results: The Budget Plan shows Actual Revenue and Revenue values
Actual results: The Budget Plan does not show Actual Revenue values, but it does show Revenue values
Clarity 16.2.0, 16.2.1, 16.2.2, 16.2.3
This issue is not reproducible in Clarity 16.3.0
This only occurs to Actual revenue data that has been manually entered. If the actual revenue values are coming from Posted Transactions then those are fine also in Clarity 16.2.0, 16.2.1, 16.2.2 and 16.2.3 releases on the approved Budget Plans
