V24 DB load throws error "Database is set to a non-supported collation"

Issue/Introduction

When running the DB Load (ucybdbld) program against a MS SQL Server database, the load fails and throws an error message at the end of the log:

U00037180 Collation in Database: 'Latin1_General_100_CI_AI_SC_UTF8'.
U00038320 Database is set to a non-supported collation 'Latin1_General_100_CI_AI_SC_UTF8'.

Version 24.x

Database: MS SQL

Cause

Non-supported collation.

Resolution

Use the supported collation e.g. Latin1_General_100_CI_AS_SC_UTF8
