Error changing allocation in Staffing 'exception processing NkCurve attribute'

Issue/Introduction

In an environment where Clarity is installed with MS Sql Server and there is a lot of custom attributes on the Investment object, when trying to change allocations in the Staffing ( .../pm/#/staffing/visualStaffingByResource ). For example when you go to the 'Allocation by Resource' tab, then open the allocations of a resource and trying to change the allocation from one value to another. After clicking on Save the modal page closes and an Error message gets displayed as follows: 

"exception processing NkCurve attribute: System error. Contact system administrator."

Note that this issue only occurs in the Modern UX. In Clarity classic allocation data can be entered in tsv section and data save correctly.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open the Staffing 'Allocation by Resource' tab
2. Double click on a project to open modal page then attempt to modify allocation value to any other value
3. Click on 'Save' button.

Expected:  The new allocation value entered gets saved
Actual:       Error message - "exception processing NkCurve attribute: System error. Contact system administrator" gets displayed and allocation data does not get saved
