Need help to block no-reply emails sent via SMG. Some emails are bouncing back and failing to reach their recipients.

For the bounce-back scenarios we recommend to configure and enable Bounce Back Prevention technology to eliminate non-deliverable receipt (NDR) messages that are a result of redirection techniques commonly used by spammers.

You can also create a content filter to block them by specify conditions such as matching the sender email address. You will need to modify the policy based on the bounce-back emails received.
