Unable to setup GCP Billing account due to error

Issue/Introduction

During GCP Billing account setup the following error may appear:

"Issue: The BigQuery Project ID, Dataset, Table are not configured.
Recommendation: Please make sure the BigQuery Project ID, Dataset and Table are correct

Resolution

This error is usually seen if the json key uploaded belongs to a different project and does not belong to the project ID  used while creating the billing account.

In Service Account section, select Choose file and upload the JSON private key. When you use a JSON key, Tanzu CloudHealth verifies that the project ID in the JSON key matches the ID of the project to which you are attaching the credentials.
