Issue/Introduction

Is Cloud SWG SOC2 or ISO 27001 certified?
How can one requesting official 'Security Operations Documents' for Cloud SWG?
The following link seems to have the download for SOC 3 but where can I get the SOC 2 report?

Cause

Sensitive information included and a process is in place to securely share document with security operators needing it.

Resolution

Browse to the sales enablement site where you can self help and download yourself. You MUST follow the requirements for sending to customer and customer MUST HAVE an NDA (usually embedded in contract). The document CANNOT be emailed to a customer.
