Audit Trail shows incorrect date when replacing a role with a resource

Issue/Introduction

The time stamp in the Audit Trail is incorrect for the Role deletion process when replacing a role with a resource.

Steps to Reproduce: 

In Classic View

1. Go to Administration>>Objects>>Team
2. Click on Audit Trail
3. Add Role and Resource under the Attribute Audit and Object Audit
4. Save and Return
5. Open a Project>>Team
6. Add a Role to a Project
7. Click Audit Trail and note the Time of this
8. After a few minutes replace Role with a Resource
9. Click Audit Trail

Expected Results: The delete/insert audit trail of the role should be at the time the role was replaced

Actual Results: The delete/insert audit trail displays the time when the role was added
