Import Azure connector failed on IG

Issue/Introduction

While import IM data from IG, we see Azure connector AzureCertifTestpro1 failed with the following error 

Caused by: com.ca.iam.model.IAMPersistenceException: javax.naming.NamingException: [LDAP: error code 1 - :ETA_E_0021<RDI>, Endpoint 'AzureTest' search failed: Connector Server Search failed: failed on search operation: JCS@testserver: AzureRest:  Error while parsing response of objectClass 'User' [Invalid JSON data at line 1 column 14Â 739] (ldaps://Connector_hostname:20411) ]; remaining name 'eTDYNDirectoryName=AzureCertifTestpro1,eTNamespaceName=Azure,dc=im,dc=eta'

Environment

Identity Governance/Identity Manager 14.5

Cause

This is due to corrupted data from the endpoint account.

Resolution

Fix the problem on the Azure endpoint data and rerun the import.
