New collector not connecting to MoM

Issue/Introduction

Ran the installation and it completed successfully. When initiating the EMCtrl.sh service, it starts correctly but does not connect to the MoM. I installed it twice but it still does not connect.

Resolution

Added a new EM Collector to IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties Please see Clustering Properties under APM 10.8
