Issue/Introduction

Switched to a new proxy provider and seeing a few of these errors in the agent logs when point the cloud proxy servers to the new proxy URL. The time out on the new proxy server is 20 minutes. 

Is there anything we can do / configure on our side to prevent these errors?

Resolution

After testing, discovered that the initial timeout setting of 1 minute caused a large number of these errors to occur. Once increasing it to 20 minutes (same as our current proxy server) the number of these errors decreased significantly
