This document describes how to notify the Email quarantine users when as alias is changed in the Email quarantine portal.

Cause

Instructions on notifying the Email quarantine users when as alias is changed in the Email quarantine portal.

Resolution

To notify users when a change is made to an alias : 

1. Login to the ClientNet portal --> https://clients.messagelabs.com
2. Select Dashboard > Platform > User Quarantine Settings
3. Scroll down and in the Aliases section, check the box Users are always informed when administrators change settings which affect their aliases.
4. Click Save and Exit.
