Policy Xpress Rest call is not using Global Proxy

Issue/Introduction

In Policy Xpress - Data - Category: Data Sources - Rest Base query - Auth Method -raw. If we test the query with "Use Global Proxy" checked,

we can see that Identity Manager is trying to establish connection to base URL hostname, not the Global Proxy one.

Visible after we run command:

watch 'netstat -an | grep <IP of host used in base URL>’

Resolution

What we suggest is using Auth Method - preemptive which will use Globa Proxy settings.

Additional Information

In future releases there will be an error if both Global proxy and raw authentication are used.
