When running an UNSTRETCH workflow on stretched cluster, the operation fails at the "'Disable vSAN Health and Performance Service'" subtask

Issue/Introduction

This will block the unstretch operation.

When checking the service state you see that the service IS actually disabled.

Environment

VCF 5.2.1

Resolution

1. Re-enable the service in the vCenter UI and ensure it has a 'Healthy' state:

     2. Restart the failed workflow from the SDDC

     3. When it fails confirm that the service has actually been stopped.

     4. Once confirmed please open an SR with Broadcom Support and we will assist in unblocking
