All lines added as Activities / Comments are displayed without a linefeed in Service Point.
If a user creates a new ticket or updates a ticket via an email, added activities and comments are displayed without a line feed. It looks html format is lost in Service Point. It happens to the Initial activity log, "Ticket Logged" as well as the "Comment added". The problem does not occur to RU1 environment.
