Pre and Post Conditions have broken recurrent and once icon

Issue/Introduction

In 24.3.0, open a workflow in the AWI
Go to any task that has pre or post conditions (or add one)

Expected behavior:
The icon for recurrent or once show up as they do in 21.0 and 24.2

Actual behavior:
The icons show up as broken images, there is an error in the AWI logs:

Environment

AWI: 24.3.0

Resolution

This has been fixed with 24.3.0 HF2 for the AWI.  Please note that the initialdata and automation engine should also be updated to 24.3.0 HF2
