DX O2 : Can the 'Show Summary' be defaulted to 'Not Checked'?

Issue/Introduction

Request: In "All Alarms" where the  'Show Summary' be defaulted to 'Unchecked'. 

Concern: Being automatically checked uses a lot of real estate on view and need to go into the 3 dot menu to constantly turn this setting off. 

End Users rarely use the Summary section.

Environment

DX O2 SaaS 

Cause

By Design - Per engineering, Personalization is possible in "Queues" only, not in "All Alarms" tab

Resolution

 

This feature is added in  25.2.1 release, where 'Show Summary' would be disabled by default for 'All Alarms' tab.

ETA: Mid -March 2025.
