Upgrade for windows stemcell from 2019.78 to 2019.81 fails with VMware Tanzu Application Service for Windows v6.0.10

Issue/Introduction

This KB articles goes over the scenario where you have upgraded the Windows Stemcell from 2019.78 to 2019.81, and using TAS for Windows version 6.0.10 and experiencing this particular error upon redeploying the TAS for window tile. :

Resolution

To get around this issue, upgrade the TAS for Windows tile to v6.0.11 if Windows Stemcell 2019.81 is being used.
