Can the text in xFlow error messages, such as "Unable to Login. Contact the Administrator", be customized?

CA Service Desk Manager
1. On the xFlow server, navigate to "xFlow\APPS\Services\incidentmicroservice-17.0.479\public\apps\l1\locale\en-US"
2. Take a backup of the "locale_l1_en-US.json" file to another location
3. Open the "locale_l1_en-US.json" file with a text editor.
4. Make the necessary changes to the xFlow messages. Save the file.
5. Restart the xFlow service
6. Clear web browser cache.
Revised xFlow messages should now appear.
NOTE: After applying a xFlow patch, the JSON file mentioned above might be overwritten/replaced.
