Probes are being automatically updated on robots

Issue/Introduction

We noticed that probes are being automatically updated to newer versions on robots and this is causing issues.

Environment

Version: 20.4 CU6+ 
Component: mon_config_service, automated_deployment_engine

Resolution

The following key can be changed via raw configure of the mon_config_service probe to false to disable this feature:

It should be noted, that although this is an update to the mon_config_service probe, the setting does not take into consideration if a probe was deployed via mcs or not. Any probes that can be updated based on the settings (referred to in the document posted above), and availability of an updated probe in the archive, will be updated.
