OBS Unit in Filter without any association

Issue/Introduction

A portlet is created from a custom object.  There is no association to an OBS Unit but the List Filter section has OBS Unit in the layout.

OBS Unit is not available in the List Column section.

All supported releases

Resolution

This is automatically included in any object even if it is not associated with an OBS by design.  If it is not associated with an OBS it can be removed from the filter view to not cause any confusion.
