This article explains the way forward for following symptoms observed in M&R:

M&R- 7.x

Cause

M&R is using OpenSSH

Resolution

 M&R does not use OpenSSH as collectors are using Java client libraries, not openssh.

Additional Information

RSC-collector manager does SSH to the host to collect the metrics and they are using Java client libraries, not openssh.
