Encountering 404 or 401 errors while attempting to establish a connection in the Cortex application.

Resolution

Verify and update the API URL in the Cortex application to the correct value:

https://api-vip.elastica.net/<tenant_id>/

Ensure that <tenant_id> is replaced with the specific tenant ID for your environment. This will resolve the connection errors.
