Loss of MobileOTPs credential in VIP Authentication Hub 3.3.1

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from version 3.2.1 to 3.3.1, all MobileOTPs were lost.

These credentials were all imported in bulk.

Conducting random checks on the credentials, and all the MOBILEOTP ones are missing.

However, the other types (PUSH, BIOMETRIC, KEY, MAIL, SMS) are still functioning.

The lost credentials were thousands.

This happens after an upgrade of VIP Authentication Hub to 3.2.1

 

Environment

VIP Authentication Hub 3.3.1

 

Resolution

Upgrade VIP Authentication Hub to version 3.3.2 to benefit from fix DE623007 (1).
