NFA upgrade error

Issue/Introduction

Problem: 

Upgrade from 9.2.0 to 9.3.3 failed

 

Environment:  

9.2 and 9.3.3

 

Cause: 

Message error on install log:

Command.run(): Cannot run program "start": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified
Installer: pass 0: deferred: com.zerog.ia.installer.actions.Exec -- Execute Command: start /w ocsetup IIS-IIS6ManagementCompatibility

Workaround:

1)Stop all NFA Services and Mysql and backup the MySQL database:

\MySql\data\reporter

2)Uninstall NFA, and clean up any files and registry entries left behind. Also, remove the following hidden file:
C:\Program Files\Zero G Registry\.com.zerog.registry.xml

3) Do a fresh install of NFA 9.3.3 Console

4) Reboot NFA box

5) Log on NFA Web Page and add the Harvester

 

Additional Information:

 

If you have the NPC 6.1.158 installed in this box remove the NPC due mysql different version of NFA 9.3.3 and NPC 6.1
