ENWSIns.sh script additional validations during web services Tomcat install.

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

The ENWSIns.sh script fails if the TEMP_DIR location doesn't exist. Could the ENWSIns.sh script be changed to check for the temp directory is there and create it if it isn't ?

Environment: 

Endevor web services install.

 

Resolution:

Resolved under problem #7319 with ptf RO88065. Download from support.ca.com, published solutions.
