Tenant View of Operations Manager is stuck loading in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

In a VMware Cloud Director tenant the Operations Manager view is forever loading. There are no error messages or warnings.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.0.1

Aria Operations 8.18.2

Cause

There are no pages granted to tenants within Aria Operations.

Resolution

1. Log into Aria Operations.

2. Proceed to Control Panel -> Chargeback -> Manage Pages.

3. Enable the pages needed and save.

4. Re-load the tenant page in VMware Cloud Director.
