Issue/Introduction

Under timesheet approval, in clicking the link under the resource name brings to the wrong timesheet.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to MUX->Timesheets.
2. Submit several timesheets for previous time periods.
3. Click on the Resource's Name to go into timesheet.
4. Notice it will open RESOURCE TIMESHEET - DETAIL where it will displays incorrect time period (current) instead of the one for that timesheet and Total hours are also displayed as Zero (0) on the top.

Expected Results: it should open correct timesheet with the time period for that timesheet.

Actual Results: it does not show correct time period and hours for desired timesheet.
