Starting from Nolio Release Automation 6.9, Nexus repository is not provided along with the installer of the product, as stated in the official documentation:

We have published a technical document that explains how to install a standalone Nexus 3 and connect it with Nolio 6.9:
Additional Information
Even though in Nolio 6.9 the Nexus repository is no longer bundled with the product and a standalone repository is required for a fresh install, previously bundled Nolio repositories are still supported, but will not be updated.
Upgrading to Nexus 3 is highly recommended, but not mandated by Nolio.
