Upgrade is stalled at Step 0 of 40 for Aria Operations for Networks

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading to a new version of Aria Operations for Networks, it may stall and fail in LCM. 

Environment

Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.1
Aria Operations for Networks 6.13.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.0

Cause

Permissions are not set correctly for the upgrade directory

Resolution

Go to the upgradebundle directory and check for permissions.

Login with support on platform 1 and run the below commands.

ub
sudo ls -lrth /usr/share/nginx

It should show www-data as the user for upgradebundle directory. 

If it says any other user, please run command below to change it.

sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /usr/share/nginx/upgradebundle

Upgrade should continue but may take a little bit with Launcher restarting after the ownership change.
