Aria Operations for Networks Upgrade is Stalled at Step 0 of 40

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading to a new version of Aria Operations for Networks, it may stall and fail in LCM. 

Environment

Aria Operations for Networks 6.10.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.11.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.1
Aria Operations for Networks 6.13.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.0

Cause

Upgrade Bundle directory may have incorrect permissions on platform 1

Resolution

Go to the upgradebundle directory and check for permissions.

Login with support on platform 1 and run the below commands.

ub

sudo ls -lrth /usr/share/nginx

It should show www-data for upgradebundle directory. If it does not, please open an SR so we can run the fix.

This is a bug that occasionally shows up and will be fixed in the next release
