Issue/Introduction

Login to Visualizer fails, if it's called from the CI List from a domain user (Domain\User1)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. login to SDM as a domain user (Domain\User1)
  2. open the CI List
  3. right mouse click on any CI
  4. open the Visualizer

-> This fails

The stdlog will show:

 

boplgin                 6280 ERROR        bplaccess.c           7472 Found session 1287328510 but associated id Domain\User1 does not match requested userid DomainUser1

Resolution

This has been fixed and the solution to this will be available in rollup 17.4 RU4.

As a work around, open the Visualizer from the CI Detail instead
