Error trying to connect to Jasper server from IDM: TypeError: Cannot find function isReportServerConnectionValid

Issue/Introduction

When trying to test the report server connection the following error displays.

Exception encountered during task submission: TypeError: Cannot find function isReportServerConnectionValid in object com.ca.ims.reporting.bo.utils.BOInfoviewUtils@49b4cace. (unamed script#12)

Cause

The above screen is from an older version of the product.

The correct screen looks like this.

Resolution

If you have recently upgraded, you may still need to import the newer report server role definitions in the management console, for example, select and import the latest CA Jasper Report Server XML.
