Issue/Introduction

• The user with appropriate permissions is unable to execute actions associated with a form in Service Broker, while other users with the same permissions can execute them without issues.

Environment

• VMware Aria Automation 8.x 

Cause

• The issue arises due to validation errors in vRO when nested fields in the datagrid component are marked as required.
• The validation phase in vRO fails when required nested fields are present in the datagrid component.

Resolution

• Apply an upgrade to version 8.16.2 or newer to resolve the issue, or as a workaround, make the nested fields in the datagrid component not required.
