Edge not coming up and stuck on GRUB CLI

Issue/Introduction

Edge is offline and when accessing the edge via console, you only see the following screen:

On higher end models that require the GRUB menu to factory reset, the option to use the "Up Arrow" does not work.
On lower end models that have a factory reset button, attempt that first.

Resolution

1.  Run the "boot" command
   • If you receive the error "kernel is not loaded" go to next step
2. Run "ls" to review the partitions
   • Run "ls" on each partition until you find the /boot directory
3. Once you find the /boot directory, check directory for any files
4. If /boot directory is empty, there is an issue with the disk and the edge needs to be RMA'd
