View Options show projects outside the Start/Finish date defined

Issue/Introduction

On the View Options in Allocations by resource you set the Start day to 'Start of the current year' and the Finish day to 'End of the current year' however the view is returning projects from the previous year.

Resolution

This is working by design.  The view options control the Per Period metrics.  To filter out projects from certain years use the Start attribute under the filter.
