Error in object-name Select_Cache method selectResponse: Attribute id not found by producer object-name in dotted reference id

Issue/Introduction

When try to query some objects from CA Service Desk it hangs a bit and then comes back with Delayed Server Response. In the stdlog I see

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager 17.3 and higher

Cause

Some other object has reference to mentioned object like

  someref SREF object-name

The object schema definition is missing in the ddict.sch file

  

Resolution

Please follow these step to correct the issue:

1. Check ddict.sch in SDM-install\site folder for 
   Table object-name...
2. If you can't find such entry, use Web Screen Painter and modify some field description and publish the changes
3. If you do see such entry, please contact Broadcom Support
