Compatibility issue between SES client with TDAD component and IBM Trusteer

Issue/Introduction

Compatibility issue between Symantec Endpoint Security agent when using Threat Defense for Active Directory component and IBM Trusteer.  A user may notice a black screen when the desktop loads.

Environment

• IBM Trusteer / Rapport version 3.5.2309.290
• SES agent versions 14.3 RU8 and RU9

Cause

A conflict between IBM Trusteer drivers and the SES TDAD component drivers was discovered.

Resolution

Upgrade to 14.3 RU10 or later to resolve this issue.  If the 14.3 RU10 installation package is not available please open a Support case so a fix can be provided.
